The ID3 antibody reacts with R-PE alone or with PE-tandem dyes, such as PE-Cyanine 7, without quenching the fluorescent signal. When combined into tetrameric antibody complexes (TACs), the ID3 antibody can be used to isolate highly pure populations of PE-labeled cells.<br \/>\nThis antibody clone is used in EasySep\u2122 PE Positive Selection Kits and in EasySep\u2122 Release PE Positive Selection Kits to isolate cells of interest at high purity from single-cell suspensions derived from human, mouse, or other species.
