ALDEFLUOR\u2122 Assay Buffer can be used when counterstaining ALDEFLUOR\u2122-reacted cells with immunofluorescently-labeled antibodies. The buffer is necessary to maintain ALDEFLUOR\u2122 reaction product inside the cell, allowing detection of the ALDH-bright population.
