ACTIVATED PARTIAL THROMBOPLASTIN TIME
RENAM produces 3 diagnostic kits of reagents to determine APTT. Kaolin and ellagic acid are used as activators of hemostasis, phospholipids of plant and animalorigin are used instead of platelet phospholipids. Test is sensitive to deficit of all coagulation factors, except FVII.
Principle. Incubation of plasma with optimal standard ratio of phospholipids and contact factor activate factors of internal coagulation pathway.
Adding of calcium ions in the system cuts short plasma citrate and allows to fibrin clotting. Time is pointed out from the moment of adding calcium ions to the moment of clot formation.
It is possible to use as manual as equipment method with mechanic, optical and opticalmechanical
coagulometers.
APTT-test
The kit of reagents for the determination of activated partial
thromboplastin time (APTT)
Cat. # PH-7/1 for 280-540 assays. APTT-test is the kit of lyophilized dried mixture of soy phospholipids and
ellagic acid for the detection of APTT.
Reagents:
– APTT reagent (4 mL) – lyophilized on the base of soy phospholipids and activator (ellagig acid)– 7 vials
– 0.025 M solution of calcium chloride (10 mL) – 3 vials.
COAGULO-TEST
Standard kit of reagents (erilid-cephalin, kaolin, solution
of CaCl2). For determination APTT, PTT, ART.
Cat. # PH-6 for 100-200 assays
COAGULO-EXPRESS
The kit for the determination of APTT by manual method
and all types of coagulometers.
Cat. # PH-6A for 160-320 assays.
Sencible to deficit of factors of internal path of coagulation,
heparin and lupus anticoagulant.
